General Terms and Conditions

Please review the attached Booking Terms and Conditions at your earliest convenience.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: STRICTLY 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges to ensure we prepare for our next special guest.

Noise and Disturbance:

Please avoid loud parties or disruptive behavior that could disturb fellow guests.
Noise levels should remain at a normal conversation level. Excessive noise may result in charges covering the cost of another guest’s room.
We ask that you respect the privacy and comfort of all guests during your stay.

Smoking and Vaping:

Our hotel is non-smoking in all rooms, corridors, and common areas. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
A designated smoking area is available at the rooftop bar for cigarettes and cigars.
Smoking in undesignated areas will incur extra charges. Smoking marijuana or possessing illegal drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Dress Code:

To maintain a comfortable and respectful atmosphere, we request that guests wear attire appropriate for a refined setting in our dining areas.
Proper footwear is also required.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Only medically required guide dogs are permitted.

Maximum Occupancy and Visitors:

Room occupancy limits vary by room type and booking details.
A maximum of two visitors is allowed in a room at any given time.

Photography:

While we encourage capturing memorable moments, we request that professional photography and videography in public areas, such as the lobby and reception, be avoided to respect the privacy of other guests.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only provided for cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

Reservations canceled, amended, or altered at the start or during your stay do not qualify for a refund.
Non-arrivals or cancellations without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.

Children:

Children aged 12 years and under (maximum two children per room) stay free of charge on a Bed Only basis when sharing with one or two adults. Meals are charged separately.
Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate, including additional meals if two or more children share the room.
Family rooms are subject to availability.

Final Payment:

Full payment is required 48 hours before arrival.

Groups/Special Offers:

Additional terms may apply to group bookings or special offers.

Damages/Losses:

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures, and fittings in their room.

Rates/Prices:

All prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on single occupancy; additional charges apply for extra guests.
Prices are subject to seasonal changes and other variations (e.g., events, long weekends, school holidays).
